Workshop in Germany on Peacebuilding and Employability

In Berlin, Germany Copernicus Berlin organized a workshop to build on lessons from the “Youth in Action” training in Yerevan, Armenia. The event brought together young professionals and youth workers to explore the link between peacebuilding and career empowerment.

From Dialogue to Direction Participants explored how skills such as empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution can improve not only community dialogue but also workplace readiness. Workshop Goals
