In Berlin, Germany, Copernicus Berlin organized a workshop based on insights from the “From NEET to Compete” training in Barcelos, Portugal. The session focused on how to support NEET youth through holistic and practical youth work strategies.
From Exclusion to Motivation Youth workers, volunteers, and educators explored the challenges NEET youth face and discussed methods to build their confidence, skills, and readiness for work or education. Workshop Goals- Raise awareness about the NEET experience.

- NEET Journey Mapping – Groups created visual timelines of barriers NEET youth encounter.
- Skills Builder – A rotating workshop on communication, time management, and setting goals.
- Motivation Stations – Interactive booths offering advice, reflection cards, and stories of youth success.
