In Bologna, Italy, Associazione RUANA brought young leaders together to discuss the importance of gender inclusion in environmental leadership. The event built on insights from the training in Spain and focused on youth empowerment through sustainable development.
Leadership Through Equality Participants explored gendered perceptions of leadership and reflected on women's representation in Italy’s green movements.
