On 21 April 2026, Naty and Mia successfully hosted a dissemination workshop at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Faculty of Finance & Banking. The event gathered over 15 participants and showcased the outcomes of their Erasmus+ training course "Blockchain & Web3 Literacy: From Hype to Responsible Use," held in Berlin from 6 to 13 April 2026.
During the workshop, the presenters introduced the Erasmus+ programme, emphasizing Training Courses as valuable international non-formal learning opportunities for youth and youth workers. They highlighted the roles of Copernicus Berlin e.V. and Youth Choose, underlining the importance of international cooperation, youth participation, and educational mobility in developing relevant competencies.
The session focused on practical knowledge gained, including the structure of Web3, cryptocurrency basics, NFT creation, and the ethical, responsible use of blockchain technologies. Emphasizing digital literacy and informed citizenship, the workshop promoted a critical understanding of emerging digital assets without hype.
The event fostered active engagement and lively discussions on Erasmus+ opportunities, Web3 developments, and the societal implications of cryptocurrencies. It served as both a dissemination platform and an educational space for dialogue and reflection, enhancing community awareness of European mobility and digital innovation.
Youth Choose leveraged this activity to increase project visibility and extend the educational impact of the training course locally.
