Following the completion of the Equipping Youth Workers for Conflict Resolution, Mediation, and Peacebuilding training course in Milan, representatives of the Romanian national team organized a workshop focused on conflict resolution and the use of diplomatic language to foster inclusive dialogue.
The event was held in the session room of Hotel Bulevard in Predeal and brought together 30 enthusiastic students aged 18-29. Participants explored the role of Erasmus+ in promoting intercultural understanding and peacebuilding through meaningful discussions.
Attendees exchanged insights and engaged in debates aimed at encouraging conflict mediation and diplomatic approaches within their communities and daily interactions. By the end of the session, participants reaffirmed their commitment to applying these principles to create an environment that avoids offense and promotes cooperation.
