February 16-23, 2025
The program focused on strengthening youth workers’ ability to address conflicts in constructive and empathetic ways, helping them guide young people toward dialogue, understanding, and cooperation. Participants explored the roots and dynamics of conflicts while learning how to transform them into opportunities for growth and community building.
Through practical workshops and experiential learning, participants developed skills in mediation, active listening, and non-violent communication. They examined real-life scenarios and practiced techniques to manage disagreements, facilitate discussions, and promote mutual respect among young people.
By the end of the training, participants were equipped with effective tools to foster peacebuilding and social cohesion within their communities, empowering them to create inclusive spaces where diversity and dialogue are valued as strengths.
