International Connection Builds Peace Skills in Plovdiv

In the heart of Plovdiv, International Connection organized a peaceful and powerful training event titled “Together for Peace.” The goal was to help youth workers learn how to support young people in dealing with conflicts calmly, respectfully, and without violence. During the week, participants explored how to listen actively, speak with empathy, and find peaceful solutions when problems arise. They also shared personal experiences, worked in teams, and practiced tools like mediation and non-violent communication. With creative workshops and open conversations, the event gave youth workers the confidence and knowledge to build safer, more respectful, and united communities—one peaceful step at a time.
