In Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Act O`Clock led a creative youth workshop to reflect on the Cefalù training and promote health, well-being, and social inclusion.
Sport as a Tool for Connection Participants explored how physical activity can improve emotional health, reduce stress, and bring people together across differences. Workshop Goals- Encourage daily movement through creative routines.
