In Berlin, Germany, Copernicus Berlin hosted a vibrant youth workshop building on the “Wellness Beyond Stereotypes” training held in Cefalù, Sicily. The focus was on health, physical activity, and the role of inclusive habits in reducing social isolation and discrimination.
Moving Together for Better Health Participants explored how active lifestyles and nutrition education can foster empathy and social cohesion in diverse urban environments. Workshop Goals- Promote mental and physical wellness among youth.
