As part of the dissemination activities following participation in the Erasmus+ project “Creative & Data-Smart Youth Work with AI: Inclusion, Participation, Impact,” a workshop was organized at a university venue. The event gathered students from various study programs interested in digital innovation, youth participation, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The workshop featured an overview of the project and insights from the training experience in Berlin, emphasizing the role of Copernicus Berlin as the host organization and their approach to creative, inclusive, and data-informed youth work. Key themes included ethical AI use, inclusion, participation, critical thinking, and co-creation in digital environments.

Participants engaged with project activities and methods, focusing on AI tools for storytelling, ideation, and data-driven decision-making. The session fostered reflection on how these tools can enhance youth engagement, amplify diverse voices, and strengthen participation without replacing human creativity or judgment.

The interactive format encouraged questions, perspective sharing, and exploration of how the concepts and tools could be adapted to academic or youth-related initiatives. Overall, the workshop raised awareness of AI's impact on youth work and inspired critical and creative thinking about technology, inclusion, and active civic engagement.
