A workshop was organized in Cluj-Napoca to share knowledge and experiences gained from the Erasmus+ project on conflict management and community engagement. The event targeted young people and students interested in civic participation and communication skills.
The session commenced with a theoretical presentation covering key concepts such as different types of conflict and basic conflict analysis methods. Participants explored cultural, communication, and value-based conflicts and their manifestations in everyday life.
Following the introduction, participants engaged in a practical conflict simulation activity. They took part in a debate based on a cultural conflict scenario, assuming different roles and perspectives. This exercise fostered respectful dialogue, empathy, and active listening, encouraging participants to discuss strategies for preventing and managing conflicts effectively.
