Workshop in Germany on Entrepreneurial Leadership for All

In Berlin, Copernicus Berlin wrapped up the post-project cycle with a workshop on sustainable and inclusive entrepreneurial leadership.

Leading with Purpose Participants worked on the leadership mindset needed to build ventures that empower others, especially in diverse and underserved communities. Workshop Goals

• Translate vision into concrete action plans.

• Values-Based Branding – Youth developed personal and business brands.
• Leadership Compass – Defining guiding principles for decision-making.
• Final Pitch Round – Presentation of inclusive venture plans to a panel of local entrepreneurs.
