The program aimed to strengthen youth workers’ capacity to support refugees through employability-focused initiatives and inclusive community engagement. Participants gained practical tools to assist refugees in developing the skills and confidence needed to integrate into society and access meaningful employment opportunities.
Throughout the training, participants explored real-life challenges faced by refugees and discussed effective approaches to foster inclusion, empowerment, and resilience. Interactive workshops and group activities helped them exchange experiences and identify strategies that connect education, skill-building, and social participation.
By promoting collaboration and understanding, the training cultivated a strong network of professionals dedicated to refugee support and employability. Participants left equipped to design impactful initiatives that enhance integration and create opportunities for those seeking a new start.
