The program aimed to equip youth workers with the entrepreneurial mindset and practical tools needed to drive social innovation and create positive change in their communities. It focused on transforming ideas into sustainable ventures that address pressing local challenges, combining creativity with strategic planning and social responsibility.
Participants explored key aspects of social entrepreneurship, from identifying community needs and designing impactful business models to engaging stakeholders and securing resources. Through expert-led sessions and group collaboration, they developed actionable project concepts and learned how to measure and communicate social impact effectively.
By visiting successful social enterprises and participating in guided pitch sessions, participants gained firsthand insight into real-world entrepreneurship. The training concluded with participants leaving empowered to initiate or support mission-driven ventures, equipped with solid plans, valuable connections, and the confidence to foster long-term community development.
