EmpowerInnovate: Inclusive Entrepreneurship for All

From November 19 to 27, 2023, Berlin, Germany hosted the Erasmus+ mobility training course “EmpowerInnovate: Inclusive Entrepreneurship for All.” The event focused on equipping youth workers with the skills necessary to foster inclusive entrepreneurship, particularly among marginalized communities. Participants engaged in comprehensive training that addressed the disparities in access to entrepreneurial resources, enabling them to support underrepresented groups in overcoming various challenges associated with entrepreneurship.

Throughout the week, youth workers enhanced their capacity to promote inclusive entrepreneurship and deepened their understanding of the specific barriers faced by diverse youth. They received training to become effective mentors and connected with experts and successful entrepreneurs, fostering ongoing collaboration and knowledge exchange. Ultimately, participants were empowered to leverage their newfound competences within their communities, ensuring a sustainable impact on economic growth and social innovation.
