Digital Tools to Spark Creativity
Erasmus+ Training Course in Benalmádena, Spain
November 8-16, 2022
From November 9 to November 17, 2022, in Benalmádena, Spain, the project “Digital Tools to Spark Creativity” successfully addressed the challenges faced by youth workers and young people in adapting to the digital labor market. The initiative aimed to equip participants with innovative digital competences and foster creative thinking, both essential for enhancing employability and supporting youth inclusion. Through international knowledge exchange, attendees improved their ICT and soft skills while focusing on graphic design and creating engaging digital content.
The program empowered youth workers to apply their enhanced digital and creative skills directly to youth work and labor market integration. Participants engaged in practical activities that strengthened their ICT abilities, developed creative competences, and shared best practices in digital youth work. The use of non-formal education methods, including interactive learning experiences, facilitated personal development and career readiness, ultimately positioning both youth workers and the young people they support more favorably in a competitive job market.
