Erasmus+ Training Course in Benalmádena, Spain

From May 23 to May 31, 2023, participants gathered in Benalmádena, Spain, for the Erasmus+ training course titled “Navigating Digital Finance.” This innovative program equipped youth workers with essential competences in digital financial literacy, empowering them to confidently navigate the rapidly evolving financial landscape. Through expert-led seminars, interactive workshops, and hands-on activities, they explored crucial aspects of digital finance, including online banking, mobile payments, cryptocurrencies, and blockchain technology.

The main objective was to enhance the knowledge and practical skills of youth workers in digital financial literacy, enabling them to better educate and support young people in making informed and responsible financial decisions. Participants developed skills in budgeting with digital tools, ensuring financial security online, and understanding the roles of various entities within the digital financial ecosystem. The course also emphasized the importance of fostering financial inclusion for underserved groups, highlighting how digital literacy can facilitate equitable access to financial services.
