I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. My main interests include public policy, civic participation, good governance, community development, digital innovation, and cross-border cooperation.

I am especially interested in how technology and participatory approaches can improve communication between citizens and public institutions and support practical solutions to community challenges.

In my free time, I also teach and enjoy sharing knowledge with others. I value teamwork, continuous learning, intercultural exchange, and initiatives that create a positive social impact.
