Bio

I believe the best ideas start with a simple question: “What if we did it differently?”

I’m a Business student, Project Management leader, and passionate changemaker who loves turning messy problems into meaningful ideas and ideas into real action.

Through youth-led projects and entrepreneurship, I’ve learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about bringing the right people together, creating space for ideas, and making things happen.

I’m especially passionate about youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, sustainability, creativity, and project management, and I’m always looking for opportunities to learn beyond the classroom, exchange perspectives, and collaborate with people who see challenges as opportunities.

I don’t just want to participate. I want to contribute, create, and leave an impact

Years of experience

1-2 years

Areas of expertise

  • Project management, grant work, and organizational capacity - My expertise in project management has been shaped through my experience in Enactus Egypt , where I served as a Project Management Team Lead, leading a team of around 40 members. I was responsible for coordinating team efforts, setting priorities, following up on tasks and timelines, supporting project planning, and ensuring that different teams stayed aligned toward shared goals. Through this experience, I learned how to manage projects under pressure, delegate responsibilities, solve unexpected challenges, and turn ideas into structured action. I also gained experience in research, ideation, project development, teamwork, and presenting solutions. One of my proudest milestones was being part of the Enactus team that achieved 3rd place nationally in Egypt. This experience strengthened my belief that successful projects are built through strong teamwork, clear planning, adaptability, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Employability, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment - I have developed strong practical experience in employment, entrepreneurship, project management, and the economic environment through my involvement in Enactus Menoufia and my work on TaroVida, a sustainable project that transforms taro waste into innovative, marketable products. As Project Management Head, I led a team of 40+ members and managed project planning, execution, timelines, resources, and team performance. Through TaroVida, I gained hands-on experience in market research, business model development, financial planning, budgeting, revenue generation, feasibility analysis, and identifying market opportunities. I also participated in entrepreneurship programs and national competitions, where TaroVida achieved 3rd place at the Enactus Egypt National Competition

Areas of interest

  • Youth leadership, mentoring, and peer approaches - Youth leadership is more than an interest for me — it is something I practice every day. Leading a team of around 40 young members in Enactus showed me how much potential young people can unlock when they are given the right environment, guidance, and space to take ownership. I’m passionate about helping young people become more confident, take initiative, learn from failure, and turn their ideas into real projects and solutions. I enjoy mentoring, sharing knowledge, facilitating teamwork, and creating opportunities for people to grow beyond their comfort zones. Through Erasmus+, I hope to exchange experiences with young people from different cultures, learn new approaches to youth work and leadership, and bring those ideas back to my community.
  • Employability, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment - am interested in the space where entrepreneurship, innovation, and economics meet. What fascinates me is not simply starting a business, but understanding how an idea can evolve from a real-world problem into a sustainable opportunity with measurable impact. I enjoy challenging conventional solutions, exploring how resources can be used differently, and connecting creative thinking with business logic. I am particularly curious about how different economic environments shape entrepreneurial opportunities and how European ecosystems turn innovation into sustainable growth. I see Erasmus as an opportunity to challenge my way of thinking, exchange perspectives with people from different backgrounds, and return with ideas that can create value beyond the classroom
