I am from Uzbekistan. I enjoy working in a team and adapt quickly to new environments. My goal is to gain experience in Germany, improve my language skills, and achieve success in the future.

I completed a 3-month internship as an organizer at the UstozAI platform. My main responsibilities included managing educational processes, coordinating user communication, and supporting student initiatives.

Areas of expertise

• Sports, outdoor learning, and experiential programs - I am very passionate about sports and actively play volleyball. I have experience managing a student sports club with over 90 active members. I believe that sports and team activities are great ways to bring youth together and build a strong community.
• Education support, learning pathways, and non-formal education - During my 3-month internship at the UstozAI educational platform, I worked directly as an organizer managing non-formal educational processes, communication materials, and coordinating youth learning tracks.

Areas of interest

• International youth work and mobility - Xalqaro almashinuv va yoshlar mobilligiga juda qiziqaman. Maqsadim — Germaniyadagi yangi madaniyatni his qilish, turli millat vakillari bo‘lgan yoshlar bilan hamkorlik qilish va o‘z mamlakatimga qimmatli volontyorlik tajribasini qaytarib olib kelish.
